					<description>Money, money money... it's not how much you earn, but how well you earn it. Let me tell you the reason why people want residual incomes, it buys time and freedom. People who work 8 hr jobs 5 days a week are selling their time and freedom. Simple! I used to do it, and I still do, but I let other people who are way better at their job do it for me.

Today, I test drove about 50 cars, then had lunch with some business associates and relaxed on my private boat with a few friends. I love working hard and I love working everyday, but atleast with residual income I have flexibility with my time. Believe me, it takes good genuine hard work and lots of learning curves!</description>
